Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and HEADSHAWTY, LLC (“headShawty”, “we”, “us”) covering headshawty.com and the headShawty iOS and Android apps. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them.

The service

You upload photos of yourself; we train a private AI model on them and generate headshots in the style you choose. Results are produced by AI and vary — we cannot guarantee any particular image, likeness accuracy, or outcome.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, provide an email you control, and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from headshawty.com/account.

Credits and payment

• One credit produces ten headshots in a single style. Credits are consumed when a generation starts.
• Credits do not expire.
• Purchases made on the website are processed by Stripe. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google and are also governed by their terms.
• Generated headshots remain available to download for 30 days after they are created. Please download and keep your own copies.

Profile-Worthy guarantee

If you do not get at least one headshot you would actually use, email contact@headshawty.com within 7 days of your generation and we will refund that purchase in full.

One exception we cannot control: purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are refunded by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. We will help you request one, but the decision is theirs.

Your photos and your headshots

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
• You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process those photos, and to pass them to our AI provider, purely to produce your headshots.
• Your generated headshots are yours to use commercially — LinkedIn, resumes, websites, marketing, anywhere you like.
• We do not use your photos or headshots to promote headShawty without asking you first.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload:

• photos of anyone other than yourself, unless that person has given you permission;
• photos of public figures, celebrities, or anyone whose likeness you are not entitled to use;
• photos of minors;
• images you do not hold the rights to, including watermarked or licensed stock photography;
• sexual, hateful, violent, or otherwise unlawful content, or content intended to impersonate or deceive.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without refund.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update pricing. The service is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to headShawty is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
